I have a question though. Does the Admin have to just tell you or can you ask them "Do you think I'd be a good Mod?" I thought about that, and realized, if they are bugging staff about it, we would probably say no anyways. It would mostly be those people who stand out enough for staff to recommend them without having to ask, but I guess they can still ask.. And here comes the pressure for the Admins, when deciding this you'd have to be completly un-biased, although I think most Admins could handle it. Admins would also have to tell people they're ready for staff too, instead of just thinking "This guy would be a good staff member." You have to come out and say it. Good lucks Admins, I know you guys can manage this but I'm just putting some tips in(;

There is a staff Skype group, it's super easier to just put, I don't think ........ deserves a rank at this point, he is constantly spamming my inbox with the message: plz can you approve me for mod. Just like that, all the staff except a few (kittens) know what is going on.

In order for you to make an application, you would have to be recommended by one of the staff members. Without this recommendation, directly from them, your application will be removed. This does not include past apps, as it would not be fair to the people who already applied. If you state in your application that an admin recommended you, they will have to state in a post that they indeed did, or we will talk to each other via Skype. This is to control people making posts, and to spare feelings of those that are not ready for staff, and avoid telling them that they will not get it. If you have any questions, post below, or pm me on the forums.
I'm disappointed... In myself for not thinking of this. This is the PERFECT idea, and I 100% endorse this. I said seventy eight by accident,. I was going to make a joke about 125 but doubted the outcome of it I'll just defriend u on xbox

Saying f*** you to people who hurt you feels really good.
