A couple of things i would like to break down

We help mcman becuase he has already earned the trust, and respect from the server. He hasnt gave us a reason to not trust him.

I don't usually trade either. Sometimes I do. When I don't trade, I tell them. When they ask I speak up and say something along the lines of "check out /warp shop, and if you can't find it there, ask again." Let them know you don't trade, don't ignore them.

"I did not say I would be the only admin to try hard, admins ridicule me because I am a try hard, and take it as an offense when I turn it into a positive thing, which I don't understand."
I say again, if it's something that you are TRYING to get, you don't belong on staff. It should be something you love to do, and you shouldn't have to try hard to get the rank.

"And yes, the title of admin is a big deal, but I want it so people know who can help, and I could help as a staff member, and be able to help out other staff."
I may have missed omething, but i havent ever seen you go out of your way to help another member on the server. You ma help people, but you don't ever step up, and help people when you are doing something else.

"I don't think my latest thing Chaos did should determine my chances, because I feel I used proper punishment by muting. Other people and even staff have been nit-picking on things that could run my chances of Admin to zero, and when I did this, people magnified this to look like World war III, when it was just a tiny argument."
The simple statement "chaos, take this to skype" would have made this issue completely fade away.

"Remember when you didn't get Admin a long time ago because of you quitting the server, or threatening to atleast. Inspiron said no. And now to this day you were still able to get Admin."
That ended up being a complete misunderstanding, as emmy didn't mean that in any way.

First off, very low blow. Just becuase i don't want you as a member of staff, does not mean I do not want McManaway1 or metazard to be promoted. There are plenty of people i would like to see join staff, so next time watch what you say.

Ok, may retry this app later this year. Complete failure, the app and myself. I still feel that I could somehow make all staff not hate my guts, and could change my character, change my personality, etc. Thanks to the people who were egging me on to become admin.
