I appreciate that you are serving in a staff capacity on a server, but you borderline advertised there. Further research also tells me that you have never joined Tacocraft. Your specialty is Bukkit. I have no doubt that you may be experienced with Bukkit, but if I can install it in 5 minutes flat, I find anyone claiming to 'know bukkit' someone who is desperate to claim skills. If you code, thats a different story. Learning commands is something anyone with a memory retention time of more than 5 minutes, or someone with access to Google can learn very easily. It's not a skill to know commands, its a prerequisite. I would be worried if you didn't know the commands.
