TIME PLAYING MINECRAFT: 5-6 Years
EXPERIENCE AS STAFF: I am currently serving as an admin or a tekkit classic server called taco craft also, I Ran a Craft Bukkit / Fations server for about a tear but I realized didn't have the time or money to continue
EXPERIENCE WITH PLUGINS: Plenty. My specialty is Bukkit and. I am currently receiving some training in permission files, I am very experienced with Group Manager and will try to associate myself with precious stones and any other necessary plugins.
WHY SHOULD YOU EMPLOY ME: I am very loyal, responsible, honest, trustworthy, innovative, creative and impartial. I have been a judge on multiple servers, I have been redstone engineer on multiple servers, and have built spawn on all of the servers I've worked on. With the exception of one. In fact I used to be called TheArchitect for my building ability. The truth is, that I don't apply to servers so I can play on them in creative and so that I can just help; I apply to work on servers so I may actually WORK to benefit the server. To help others, (mainly my boss and co-workers), keep justice and balance, and work in whatever area I can.
[b]Ban/Jail:[b\] i was jailed for a small grief witch was revenge. I was also banned for griefing witch was a mistake I applied for a pardon and I was pardoned and now I'm back playing on the server.

Really? Minecraft has only been out for about 4 years. You aren't good at tracking time. You are also a major griefer on the server.
Even if Minecraft has been out for 6 years, I doubt you would start playing at 7 years old.

Apart from the above arguments, which were: You were just unbanned, Minecraft hasn't been out for "5-6 years" and No reference, I have a couple more criticism's to add: I appreciate that you are serving in a staff capacity on a server, but you borderline advertised there. Further research also tells me that you have never joined Tacocraft. Please clarify this further. I also don't care, like most people, if you ran your own server. Most people can run servers, I only care if you are successful. Your specialty is Bukkit. I have no doubt that you may be experienced with Bukkit, but if I can install it in 5 minutes flat, I find anyone claiming to 'know bukkit' someone who is desperate to claim skills. If you code, thats a different story. Learning commands is something anyone with a memory retention time of more than 5 minutes, or someone with access to Google can learn very easily. It's not a skill to know commands, its a prerequisite. I would be worried if you didn't know the commands. The next quote REALLY makes me cross... Also Jam I agree with you 100%, I don't see inspi as a boss, or you as a co-worker. I see you as my friends that I like to hang out with, and I like helping the community as I hang out with my friends as I do that c:

Lol it's funny if he thought he would actually get paid (Where he stated Boss, Co-Workers etc.) because where would they send a 13 year old his money, to his mailbox? xD
