I know that! I get along with mostly everyone, but QuarantineMe was kind of acting kind of cocky just because he is friends with you. He was just like "Why do you talk so much". I was kind of arguing because it is against the rules to disrespect a higher rank, and I give the same respect others give to me. BTW, about your first sentence, I know it isn't everything, but ALL owners love to find staff with experience  " title="Very Happy">
Sure all owners would like staff with experience, but that is icing on the cake. The real importance is how they make other people on the server feel, even if the user is being "cocky" or thinking they are better than you. It doesn't really matter. You just have to show them that you are more mature by not fighting back at them or ignoring snerky comments. Ok. Thanks for the constructive criticism! I will work on that!

-Chaos sO wE mEET aGAIN mR.cAPITAL! lol. Anywayyyyy. As Inspiron said, Matt should work on his social skills, knowing plugins isn't everything. Being a Social and active friendly admin/SD/mod/member...you get the point... makes people respect you. It makes them want to listen to you, as they know you are trying to help. Thats what I've learned from being on McTopia. And Boo, the past is the past, and Matts worked ever so hard to change after that happened.

I feel as if Matt still has that snide attitude. He needs to work on that a bit. I was just pointing that at to make it clear I wasn't pulling ideas out of thin air
