Hey there, my name is MattJTV, also known as "Buttur". Not Butter with an "e", but ButtUr. Anyways, I am glad we have this new category on the McTopia forum, so I now have a chance to become Admin! I have been Admin on a few servers, I have been plugin manager a few times, and even an Owner. I know how to use every plugin we have on this server very well!
I have been on McTopia for a long time, and so I am well known in the community of McTopia! It has been a dream of mine to become a high rank on McTopia that is earned! I am on the server a lot, so I am a good source for help! I also love to help people build things, so I would go ecstatic to help staff make new things for the server! I just hope inspiron sees this and will think about me possibly becoming Admin!

Can't forget knowing how to run a server and knowing everything about plugins isn't everything. Being social and kind to everyone is very important for staff. Even people that make you mad or you do not necessarily like (for example: QuarantineMe) you would have to help and understand them. Matt this is an idea, not saying yes or no. It just needed to be said. Staff needs to get along with EVERYONE, not arguing, fighting, thinking one or the other is wrong or right...

He said somethings that displayed his lack of social skills, and made everyone very angry at him.
Staff don't do that.

I mean, I did not know about that being a very offensive word. I am just so used to my peers saying something is "wack" "stupid" "retarded" etc. I kind of caught onto that. I now know that is considered offensive so I will not talk like that with the McTopian community.

The real importance is how they make other people on the server feel, even if the user is being "cocky" or thinking they are better than you. It doesn't really matter. You just have to show them that you are more mature by not fighting back at them or ignoring snerky comments.

That wasn't my point, matt.
I told you it was offensive, and you were so arrogant about it. You sparked an argument, and kept it lit.
You started calling chall immature when he didn't immediately respond. That is what started the rest of it.
I used some of the things you said as evidence to display your lack of social skills.
Some people are born with social skills. You weren't, so you need to work on that. If you do, you'd be great staff. But not yet.
