This sentence is what I believe is the main conflict between most people. There are people who believe that Mod's deserve every single rank under the sun, and admin's get a fancier name tag. There are people like me, who believe that we should get a few more Staff commands, to help people. SD's can exclusively have most of their mob disguises and what not, and Admins can have their rollback, world edit and other (classified) commands. But what about SocialSpy, /a and other staff command's we lose out on because of our rank. I believe the command structure for Mods should cut the fancy stuff, and focus on solid, effective, staff commands. Core commands, such as fly, /i and /god should stay, but the other specialist commands should stay. It is deeply embarrassing when I need to ask SD's, the people we are supposed to outrank, to change weather, set warps and set the time...
The final type of person is the one who believes in the current system. Whatever you donate for, those are your commands. This is especially unfair to Zombie, who lacks basic commands, such as /fly. Isn't mod meant to be about people who can help with problems, not act like Windows Customer Support, sending you around in circles, to find that nobody can help you. A clear toolset is what we need, to effectively manage situations. Of course, the current system works fine, but it's like saying Planet Minecraft's servers at peak hour are 'fine'. They work, but they need improving.
