A command to add to the rank Moderator(suggestion) - zombielover99 - 2014-01-31

I would like to suggest that you add weather commands to the Mods command list. Mods are supposed to be a helping rank. So shouldn't we get a majority of the helping commands? I have been asked many times to make it rain, snow, day and night and I'm sure Jam and NikolasDude have too. Ban would be nice too but I belive newer Mods(Jam) already have it and it's just me who doesn't. Anyways back to the point. Weather commands are useful and one of the things you can do for someone else at no cost. I promise not to mis-use it(somehow) and I will do my best to make it of use.

Also a good command to add to obsidian is mute. I understand that we aren't a staff rank, and are just members with perks, but we do happen to have the /jail command so we at least know how to help. Multiple times I have been online when no staff member/SD was on and a new troll pops on and spams the chat. The most I could do in a situation like that is jail and that doesn't do anything.

I agree with you on that one, but I'm afraid a certain obby would mis-use it

Those are both great suggestions and while I am not that high of a rank I certainly understand how kind of disappointing it is to not be able to help out a player who wants or needs something.

I totally agree Zombie, I have the ability to kick, mute and jail people, but I can't change the weather? Yes, it can be misused, but we are mods, and to get mod... well it's hard to get mod.

And no, I do not have ban, it was a bit of a misunderstanding, on my part.

While we are asking, can we get the ability to set warps? It's a commonly requested service that I have to point to SD's to do, and are going to throw the items given to them as payment into a lava pit, or let clear lag have it...

Tell them to stop asking for the weather to be changed. There are certain things that rain does other than making people lag and if they ARE lagging, tp them to spawn and show them REAL lag <img src=" title="Razz">

I feel McTopia is waaay to easy. There is barely a challenge in normal survival, but once you've completed normal survival you've gathered 50 iron blocks from donators, because yes, I'm SURE people are breaking the spawning rule somewhere along the line, that spreads to other players through pvp and such, like an over inflated economy
