We'd have a council. All of the staff would be in it, along with players chosen by the staff because they have done something big for the server, been on a long time, or have something to say in a meeting.
We do NOT want a small council, and we'd need at least 1 representative from each rank. That way all view would be accounted for.
We'd have meetings held. These would be at times that as many staff members as possible could attend.
The council members would discuss problem players, new rules, ect. It would be an organized way for staff to sort out any problems.
Big ideas would be sent to inspiron if the staff couldn't do it themselves.
For problem players: (3/4 staff rule. If three out four staff agree to a tempban, it would happen. Inspiron overrides all)
-First time brought up at meeting: 1 day tempban
-Second time: 2 dayempban
-Third: Sent to Boo's School*** [SEE BELOW]
-Forth- 1 week tempban
-Fifth- Perma ban [4/4 Needed]
We need the staff and others to get together and help make this server a better place.

***Boo's School is a cute little house in the mountains where I would talk to "problem players" and set them back on the right track. We'd make it a jail cell, but as soon as they get their talk, they'd be set free.
