This could change everything. [Please read!] - BrookeTheSheep - 2013-03-17
We'd have a council. All of the staff would be in it, along with players chosen by the staff because they have done something big for the server, been on a long time, or have something to say in a meeting.
We do NOT want a small council, and we'd need at least 1 representative from each rank. That way all view would be accounted for.
We'd have meetings held. These would be at times that as many staff members as possible could attend.
The council members would discuss problem players, new rules, ect. It would be an organized way for staff to sort out any problems.
Big ideas would be sent to inspiron if the staff couldn't do it themselves.
For problem players: (3/4 staff rule. If three out four staff agree to a tempban, it would happen. Inspiron overrides all)
-First time brought up at meeting: 1 day tempban
-Second time: 2 dayempban
-Third: Sent to Boo's School*** [SEE BELOW]
-Forth- 1 week tempban
-Fifth- Perma ban [4/4 Needed]
We need the staff and others to get together and help make this server a better place.
Of course, this won't be exactly as I've stated.

As long as the reps. from each rank are chosen by trusted people and have never had problems with ANYTHING, that part is a great idea.

I agree with the 100% of staff having to agree with a perm-ban. But, for suggestions one and two to be fair, they would have to be a major problem to be brought to the table. Like, jailed whenever they get out of jailed. Or lots of major complaints. If that works, I can say that after being temp-banned, everyone should be sent to Da Mctopian Reformatory. Then thats all good.
