Well I asked emmy and she said it wasn't scamming. He never said he wouldn't kill, and he did what he said. He is annoying when he does it, lost so much iron to that guy with tardispanda, but technically he broke no rules.
When Metazard, kittens, and I all told him not to do it, and he kept on, It made it against the rules.
