Players that have access to tp, tphere, and tpahere. (Everyone has tpa)
It is against the rules to use ANY of these commands in combat.
There has been controversy on the topic of "tpa, and tpahere" killing.
THEY ARE NOT ALOUD.
This is just for clarification, as this problem has arose quite a bit.

He was pissing people off by not telling the person he was going to kill them, but sorts out a trade. He would trade then kill them right away. He was banned or jailed for that, but you say now that it isn't against the rules.

When Metazard, kittens, and I all told him not to do it, and he kept on, It made it against the rules.
