None of us do...
Inspiron isn't on a lot, and I feel that the admins should have more power so they are able to help efficiently when inspiron can't.

And he is on loads, just when your sleeping, I have seen him come on at mid-night to help people, but sometimes he doesn't look like he cares with what your doing because its midnight and he's tired

Matt, that was a really unnecessary post, like really. Not really. They were talking about Inspiron giving trusted players (trusted, but not [Trusted]) more commands, so it does go along.
