I decided to vote for mctopia today, and it turns out no-one has voted,
come on guys, you are all talking about making McTopia more successful for people who see it, well how in the world will they see it if we don't vote for it to be higher on the scales for people to see it.
So you only voted to make Chall do stuff, not because you loved the server, because that's why I voted

No one votes because in my opinion our server is not stable yet to vote for. I was talking to others today about how the server needs a make over and an owner. Now you may think we have an owner. I mean an active owner. Here I guess ill just say what has been on my mind and if inspiron reads this so be it.
I have noticed that for the last few months inspiron hasn't been active on the server. If hes on its usually at night or when no one else is on.
Inspiron also never talks to anyone. And I mean staff members most importantly. We never get told when theres a new update to the server. If hawk tool changes we usually have to figure out how to use it. Like recently when the nether was regened we had to find out our selves. When we ask him or mention things on Skype or on the forums he never responds, even sometimes when we ask him on the server.
In my opinion he is not on as much as he needs to be on. Hes the only one with role back, world edit, and many more commands that are needed daily yet cannot be used because inspiron isn't on and hes the only one that can use them. Here is what I say to that, inspiron, it was about a year ago since fatboomer abused those commands. Your admins atm are very trustworthy. They would not abuse those commands because we all have nothing against the server.
Admins on almost all other servers I go on are treated as co-owners as in the sense of them having all perms and definitely more commands then donors have. I think it is totally unfair that Staff members have like 2 more commands that SD's have. If even that. I think admins should be people for other players to look up to. Players (especially SD's) think they can get away with anything cause there basically admins. I don't think you should be able to buy respect and rank advancements of that high. SD's shouldn't have /ban /mute protection bypass and so on. I think all donated ranks should have the fun commands, not staff commands.
This is just about rank problems that I feel is a topic to bring up. I have many more suggestions for the server but I just feel its time for me to get this off of my chest

I think we should finish the money shop, add the ability to obtain money, then, for voting, we can set it so that when you vote, you get money

It took some skills from me to get Inspiron on t one time to finish my connect 4 arena, and he just helped with griefs and the nether spawn, and when he had spare time he played MobArena and left...

I really wish I did get to know him :C....
Inspiron's great. He made my favorite server. But, it's just, how am I ever going to get to know him if I never see him?
The last time I even SAW him was...um...before I left. Five months ago. And all I got to say to him was "could you remove my underline?" and he said "yup" and that was that. No conversation. I tried to make conversation but failed miserably. I just wish he was a little more active, you know? I feel closer to dungeon than Inspiron, and I only talked to dungeon ONCE.

As much as I hate to say it inspiron has not been a efficient owner.
I agree, change is required.

He most likely has SAT'S or something of that nature. They are huge test REQUIRED if you wanna go to college. You can't get mad at him for not playing a game for a few weeks, when he is thinking about his life after he turns 18.
