It's not illegal, due to the fact that you are not buying the rank. You guys seem to see the word donation wrong, thinking that it means buy. Inspiron has the power to take away a rank from whomever he likes, due to the law against buying third party things from MineCraft. It is illegal to due so, making donations an excuse, which makes reducing ranks very legal. After all the money is DONATION, not a purchase.
I was going to bring that up, but I didn't really want to deal with any "No you're wrongs" that might or might not have came after it.

I'm lazier, I was gonna type it, but I was too lazy, I was too lazy to be bored so I decided to write this.
I can understand why some people want Sd.
But it's really for selfish desire, while some may say role-play and others creative building, that's not actually helping the server, is it?
What's more important, the server over all, or your needs?

"Fun of the server" isn't made from Sd's having creative, I have no idea where you got this from

I like to have fun on the server, and creative is very fun. Without creative, it won't be as fun.
Without creative, I will lose certain aspects of the gam that are fun.

There isn't really much you are losing. You can use god mode, fly, and spawn items, if they arent diamonds, or iron. I see nothing wrong with that. I think sd should be like VIP- obsidian, without policing commands.

When you take away creative, you can limit what people spawn. You can take awaya /i diamondblock, /i ironingot, ect. You can take away spawning an economy. Creative mode devalues diamonds. Go on another survival server, and tell me how many people you see running around freely with diamond armor. Maybe 1 or 2 people. Not the whole server. Also, people spawning items for other people has to stop, and taking away creative can help. If you took away the ability to spawn diamonds from donors, they will think twice before giving a member there valuables.
