Killing new people is a dick move. We want people to keep coming back to the server, and have a good time. I genuinely don't care what game and gryph's definition of home is, because it is wrong. If you are in the general area of a set of furnaces, signs, chests, crafting tables or anything else belonging to you, its your home. When we say McTopia is a PvP server, it only applies to places where you have definitive lack of ownership, that being outside a house, in the pvp arena, in a pvp town or anywhere that all involved have no ownership on. Gryph also has a nasty habit of tpakilling, and just random tpa requests.

That being said, if he ran into the mine to escape a pvp battle, you probably shouldn't follow him down, but instead yell at him via chat for being a coward.

Can we just get out of the habit of tpa killing? It wasn't cool in 2011, and it still isn't now. Grow up.

McTopia is my home. You kill me=ban

I agree people, play by the rules and just be sensible, not idiots who are intentionally trying to break rules. It brings a bad reputation to the server and I am not just talking about this, other incidents like this could of been prevented using common sense. C'mon guys

I don't think they needed to be jailed as long considering BK killed them and most likely stole all their stuff, whatever, it's done now regardless
