First. I tpa'd to the guy, as he messaged me saying he was being homekilled. After I killed the homekillers, I jailed them. Second. It was his house. The furnaces were his, as well as the chests. Third. Whose ever you think that cave is, has no ownership over it, as its not protected.

This all boils down to Member Rule 18, which, in case you haven't read the rules says: Use Common Sense.

Killing new people is a dick move. We want people to keep coming back to the server, and have a good time. I genuinely don't care what game and gryph's definition of home is, because it is wrong. If you are in the general area of a set of furnaces, signs, chests, crafting tables or anything else belonging to you, its your home. When we say McTopia is a PvP server, it only applies to places where you have definitive lack of ownership, that being outside a house, in the pvp arena, in a pvp town or anywhere that all involved have no ownership on. Gryph also has a nasty habit of tpakilling, and just random tpa requests.

That being said, if he ran into the mine to escape a pvp battle, you probably shouldn't follow him down, but instead yell at him via chat for being a coward.

Can we just get out of the habit of tpa killing? It wasn't cool in 2011, and it still isn't now. Grow up.

Mine killing is against the rules as well, your point is invalid.
