I thought about that, and realized, if they are bugging staff about it, we would probably say no anyways. It would mostly be those people who stand out enough for staff to recommend them without having to ask, but I guess they can still ask..
And here comes the pressure for the Admins, when deciding this you'd have to be completly un-biased, although I think most Admins could handle it.
Admins would also have to tell people they're ready for staff too, instead of just thinking "This guy would be a good staff member." You have to come out and say it.
Good lucks Admins, I know you guys can manage this but I'm just putting some tips in(;

There is a staff Skype group, it's super easier to just put, I don't think ........ deserves a rank at this point, he is constantly spamming my inbox with the message: plz can you approve me for mod.
Just like that, all the staff except a few (kittens) know what is going on.
