Anyways yeah it was under your town so i guess you have rights there. I mean... if you build something then doesn't that mean that you have rights to the airspace above it and the ground below it too?

yeah, I have mineral rights.
Anyway the client (which is just a mod) is turned off every time I log on to Mctopia. AND if I knew it was on, couldn't I have just xrayed up? to show you without the hassle? This was just an honest mistake, and I deleted it from my files so I don't jeopardize my time on this lovely server. Plus I remember you Mcman, showing me it doesn't work. And when Senpai_Swaggot was hacking, you only temp banned him for 2 hours. And because this wasn't for maliciousness, then I don't see how I would be banned for more then 2 hours.
Alex is a real smart guy, he'll understand this. I am going to stop commenting until Alex gives me some helpful advice.

Actually I wasn't hacked its just Mcmanaway1 wanted me on the factions server cause I hadn't played with him on it and ShackaisBacka wouldn't stop spamming his Skype till he did something so he just put two and two together and did that. There was no hacks he just hated being spammed and wanted me on factions.

Also it doesn't matter if you deleted it, you could just reinstalled it after you try to get away with this. Just face it, you hacked so you must face the consequences.

Look, I said I that I would stop commenting, but this is where I draw the line. 1. I never used it on the server 2. If I knew I had it, then why did I just avoid the hassle and xray up? 3. you hacked before, with intentions, and got temp banned for only 2 hours. 4. this was just an accident and was not for maliciousness 5. Alex is VERY smart and will understand your just being a jerk, and that im a good tribute to Mctopia, and try my hardest not to get in fights, and that if a really cared about Mctopia, that I would try my best to not got banned for something that was an honest mistake. I rest my case, I have said what I needed to say, so if you want to comment on this nick, you will be talking to a brick wall. Thank you monster, and I hope you understand inspiron.
