I was being silent because I was to lazy to move my fingers to the "t" button (don't judge I know lazier people ):<) when Commander threw a ender pearl at me on purpose. She was messing around for laughs, and I laughed a little as well. So then I went into pvp to act like I was mad (one of those other joke things) then she hit me with the pickaxe and I went flying. I turned my bandacam on and this is what I see. A banned item, swinging at me (its a song I just made up now, isn't it cool?!?!?!?). Here is some evidence:

I hope people involved in this (other than commander who had no idea, I wish she be pardoned from this act that Dark brought upon her) get punished. The reason BurritoBrine1 is in this, is because that pick was made by him. "Rito's Pick" (Rito meaning BurRITObrine1).

It isn't your fault. Dark that he could take it into his own hands whether or not he put this danger into another, WONDERFUL member. He did a lot of wrong, as well as trying to frame you and put all the blame on you, as he said that pick was his last one. First, he dupes all of the pickaxes on Ripley_san, then hands them to all of his friends, jeopardizing them. Then even after admins tell him to stop, and make a plugin, he still persists to keep pickaxes. He deserves a ban. It's not my choice to choose, but if I were an admin, looking at this post, I would ban his sorry ass.

I am new to the server, and I am not strong. This server has become a large part of my life, but after you told me about people who will want to kill me, I wanted something to protect myself with. I heard about these items, but I didn't know they were bad, so I asked Ripley, but they were jailed, and said to go to Dark. I asked him, and I bought the pick with knock back from him. As far as I saw, it had only a very large knock back as not to hurt the person, but to keep them away. I am not strong, but I wanted to be, and that is the whole reason behind the deal. Dark said he kept a few of these items for reasons such as this, to help people. I have spoken with him, and he has agreed to destroy all of the items, because if that is what the admins want, that is what he will do. However he did also say that he expects justice to those who have done wrong and know it. People play games, and don't own up to breaking the unspoken rules, and being mean to people in ways that are hard to explain. He has indeed lowered himself down to their level, and he knows that now. Personally I think he only meant for the best, but it looks like it turned against him. I think that he deserves another chance, but then again who am I to judge someone who I have not seen the bad side of. I wasn't online when he made the kingdom that is now flooded. I can see how he may be hungry for power, but maybe he is scared like me. Maybe we both just aren't strong enough...

I am sorry if I am being rude defending Dark, but he is my friend. What is done is done, and I will willingly take any kind of punishment that I am deserving. I am sorry.

Commander, again this isn't your fault. And if Dark would just get on some times, maybe I would have known. But burrito is still on the line. He took the pick knowingly (unless he has an explanation) and used it as a toy. Dark I guess is off the hook with me, but still has to deal with the rest of Mctopia. Again commander, he stole that pickaxe from Beast's chest. And duped it and gave it to others. Why would he give it to people who ARE strong. Like burrito? Burrito can just /godmode or /creative whenever he wants and fly away. I think this was also for fun, not just for weak people. He should still be punished, but not for as long (in my opinion), for this was not a malicious attempt. And again commander it isn't your fault, so please don't make it hard for yourself. I've been down that road, trust me. It ends with a cliff. Not with sweet berry bushes and double rainbows. And im SO glad that this server has come to your GREATEST interests. But I only showed you how evil people can be, because I've been on this server almost 2 years, and I've had FAR WORSE things happen to me. I was banned, TWICE by accident. Once was because I was being a dick. I've had friends betray me, names thrown at me, told I was worth NOTHING. but 99% the sun will shine brighter then it did yesterday. And you'll enjoy a lollipop. TWO LOLLIPOPS IF YOU WANT! GET CRAZY! But the real point is, is that if you see an item, that CLEARLY is unfair to others. Don't use it for selfish reasons. It will only get you into trouble. I really hope dark, that you get onto your feet because there are MILLIONS of ways you can protect yourself. Like those bases you made for yourself and me? Those are PERFECT examples of how safe you can make Mctopia. Back to the MAIN point... Burrito needs to atleast get a temp ban with a chance of appeal in my opinion. It's up to you admins!

I'm sorry you had to be caught up into this. This was an issue before you came onto the server, there is a plugin being made that gets rid of those items.
