So I was told that troll houses are not aloud after Lord_Nickolas got banned. I don't know if this is true, so I want to make sure that the rule is actually a thing before I take the hole thing down. Thanks!

Most admins consider it against the common sense rule but I mean it would all depend on who is handling the situation. You might get lucky and them not mind, or you could get the other situation. If you want to risk it go ahead but I don't recommend it.
