Munchman5 joined the server very recently. I'd like to talk about some of the things I've noticed. Munch has a LOT of knowledge of the server, and he's basically like a lawyer. He knows everything about the server, from the rules, to the plugins, to the specs of the plugins. He's used much of this to his advantage. He built a fair sized house right outside Darks' kingdom wall. It was VERY abstractly shaped. At first I thought it was a noob house. I went up to it, used the hawk tool, and it was from Munchman5. He was not online at the time, so I left a chest with a book asking him to move to a new location not so close to the wall, and I said I would even help him move. I would have moved his house for him. And I left a gift of 7 diamonds. People say that it is illegal to spawn items for people unless they pay, but what if it is a practical gift? It was sincere. But he got all mad about it, saying I griefed his house. So I went over, and he ordered me to remove the chest. So I did, but not before he took the diamonds. He was going out of his way to get on my nerves. I asked him how he knew it was me, and he said he used a sort of tool on the chest to see an ID. I really doubt that is vanilla, and not even I know what that command is. I asked around, and nobody but him seemed to know, he also knew about using gold blocks as a sort of forge anvil. Obviously from then on, he refused to move. So I just continued with building the wall. I could no longer see the house from inside the kingdom. Then he starts building on to his abstract house with weird and ponderous things like endstone, hoppers, coal ore, pink wool (etc.) and purposefully built just one block away from the wall. Then one day I log on, and Epicdude is helping him build a tree house. I fact, he had planted multiple trees upon trees (jungle) and it became visible over the wall. And now we reach the present. Today, I gave him one more gift of 7 diamonds. I tried reasoning with him, but he was the one putting up the walls this time (figuratively) I asked if he got his gift, but he said he didn't. So I looked, and it was gone. I thought it was a server error, so I gave him 7 more upfront. He went running off somewhere after I flew away, then proceeded to tell me that he had lied, and he had all 24 diamonds. I asked him to give the extra ones back, but he refused because it was 'evidence' I really just wanted to help. If I really wanted to be a threat to him (as he is framing me as such) I would just break his house. I did not though, nor did I make a lag machine, or an annoying sound machine, or anything I would think would cause him discomfort (besides the wall that was going up anyway weather he ever existed on the server or not, but it was his choice to stay there) and I don't understand what I can do to make ammends. I have tried asking what I can do to achieve such, but he gets all poetic or whatever, and says that I can't. I have lost my patience over him, and he is enraging my anxiety. Another suggestion is, don't make false quotes. It can really change the story's view point. For example, when you said I kept the diamonds as evidence of you helping me, I had said nothing of that. For one, I had warned you spawning in items no matter the size nor item it is, is illegal. I kept the diamonds to prove that you had spawned in a total of 24 and told the VIP-Obsidian donors whom were on at the time. These donors were: Deathworlds and Epic_dude24(I might of messed up Epic's name)
They warned you not to do it again or they will have to take action. After hearing this you became furious but you were interrupted by another player, as deathworlds called "Widmer" from looking at your post named "Commission" I can conclude that Widmer and you are both indeed xXRipley_sanXx and that this cousin stuff isn't true. But the point being, you have lied to the community for absolutely no reason, but to top it off you have ADMITTED to spawning in items for DarkGamer while on Ripley. Deathworlds had said that "We jail accounts not players" was applied to this situation. From that he meant that in a way Ripley giving you, DarkGamer, items is not allowed since you are providing items to a non-item spawning rank.

The picture will be provided below, even if he doesn't directly say it, it is pretty much applied. I am not a lawyer in any way, shape or form, nor do I intend to be. I am here to put my statement in on how one-sided this post from DarkGamer or Ripley, I'm not sure which one is his original account.

I would like to add that I used the command /cinfo . If anyone needs to see who placed a locked sign, chest or furnace please type this command and left click on the locked block. This command is part of lockette, a regularly used plugin for protecting chests.

So is munchman new as far as anyone knows? I've never heard of him before but his knowledge of the server suggests he either isn't new or is an alt account

Oh I totally am getting the feeling munchman5 is lord Nick, I mean he just joins the server and is already making troll homes near darkgamer's walls (Nick previously hated dark). Plus he knows all the rules and is using them against everyone. I mean he knows all about Widmer and Ripley, and that's not common knowledge, only a few people knew about it. Mcmanaway1, a reliable admin, even mentioned he was told by Nick that he was making a new alt account. All of this happens only a few weeks after Nick claims he has left? Yet he still returns to the forums all the time. Just seems a bit too much to all be coincidental. I just find it funny that if munchman5 does happen to be Nick, he can't even manage to stay under the radar for a week.

you say he knows about gold blocks being salvages. That has to do with the plugin, he may have played on another server with mcmmo, and may be experienced with it. But I don't know. If this is Lord nick i'd be surprised, he said he was leaving.

Is once in the morning and once at night really all the time? Besides DarkGamer and I are on good terms, same for Widmer. I believe it was a post on my ban appeal or some topic where you were whining like you always do, Attention Whore.
