How long would it take after someone applied for trusted for it to take effect?

Chall is supposed to check the applications on Saturdays and decide whether or not to promote those who have applied. He would reply to your trusted application with his decision. He's also supposed to promote them on the server after deciding. However, given that I'm pretty sure his mom took away his laptop, I have no idea if any of these things are getting done at the moment. If not, I'm sure that someone will bug Chall until he figures out a way to keep doing the trusted applications or another admin will deal with the trusted applications.
