I think we were getting it fixed, but he threw the toys out of the cot and I don't know anymore if it has been done or not.

The fact he has gotten you to do it says 2 things to me.

1 - He actually could not care less about the server, just about his investment.
2 - He's asked you to do it to get your post count up for a staff applications.

So in summary:

Get him to ask this question and STOP SPAMMING THE FORUMS.
