Act Mature...
Your skin's face is akin to a 9 year old's face... change it
Your forum signature is pointless... make it valuable
Your location is not funny... change it
Your Interests got dull the 2nd time someone saw it
Having a huge G on your shirt is arrogant. We know who you are, and how to spell Gryph.
Your Forum username should have been changed the second you registered... remake the forum account and start again
Instead of acting like you are beyond griefing, actually find the unfound grief, and some that isn't yours, and clean it up!
When people are complaining on the forums about you, or theres more than 1 jail explanation, you've pretty much blown any chance of natural promotion for the forseeable future.
Make yourself known for doing something excellent, and suck the hell up to staff members
After doing all of these steps, and then making yourself more helpful in the community (I don't want to hear it, I actually want to see it... You don't get to high places by claiming you'll do something (oh wait, Tony Abbott...), you get there by people knowing you to be a great person.)
Also, I've got to be honest here... you've already blown your chance to make a great impression on most, if not all of us here. This will be the lasting memory of you, and it will stay with you forever. I actually suggest being a total nice guy on the forums. Read what Cori, Mcman, Chall, Matt, Tobii, Meta, and myself have all posted (it'll take a bit), then notice the pattern. We don't say that we 'didn't do it' or we "Don't do all those things PERIOD"... we accept what we have done wrong, and moved on. My public spat with 125 this year was a perfect example. I ruined my great reputation by simply being a jerk. I accepted what I did wrong, and apologised. In turn, it made us both satisfied with the outcome, and taught us all lessons.
In short form: We are here to help you, but your actions will stay with you forever, and you'll have to live with being compared to the old gryph... Good luck on bucking the image, Griefmaster.
