I'd like to learn the commands

First of all I'd like to thank Gryph for enlightening me on a few subjects, and secondly, I have yet to learn the commands and am again oblivious to what they might be, or what they do, like I said before in another post, I am 2 weeks new to this server, and I'd just like to know what the commands I need to know are. I know how to teleport to a player, I know you can teleport a player to you, I know a lot of the wraps, and I know how to chat, and that's about it. Please help, and thank you for your time.
