Can An Admin Help Me Out?

So there have been some social issues lately and summed up we need a big building moved. Do admins have access to Worldedit? And if so is it possible we could get this said building moved? We were given permission to break it but the owner is one of my old friends and I really don't want to do that to him. Thanks.
