Force tping, griefing, not going away when asked too.

Instead of screenshots (which i could not get because he was placing, and breaking blocks. Which he claimed was "fixing") i have witnessess. KashMoose.

Meh, He was banned but when the player files was wiped he must have been unbanned, I might aswell fix it now
