Hello Mctopia! My username is Epic_dude1234u and this is my second ban appeal (and hopefully my last 
" title="Very Happy">) I was recently banned for advertusing in Private Message.
First, let me tell you a little bit about me and my bond with McTopia. I joined the server about two years ago, I was new to Minecraft, so new in fact I was still mining straight down. One day I was browsing through the server list. After my cousin. who made servers with notch, taught me the basics of Minecraft. I joined in September and my first 10 minutes were all I needed to know this was the perfect server. When I joined everybody gave me a warm welcome, and I went straight to spacetown (after the spawn stuff). I eventually made lots of friends, my first including Guitarguy27 and Hicole. The time christmas came around, I was playing about every day. But soon after, I left the server becase of school and I was a bit bored. I was gone for 8 Months, and came back because school was almost over and Call Of Duty got boring (I think I was just too good
" title="Razz">). But that wasn't the main reason. The main reason was because I missed all my friends. When I came back, Everyone was happy to see me again and I have been on ever since. I recently bought the rank VIP-Obsidian and have loved it.
What I did was wrong. You see, I wanted a close buddy of mine on my private server. He didn't have skype or anyway other than through the server to contact me. It was the only thing to get him on my own server. But 2 things went wrong: IP didn't work, and the guy didn't write it down or anything. I know I made a BIG mistake, but life is all about mistakes. I am not saying that everyone go run and jump off a cliff, I am just saying if you make a mistake, just know everybody makes them. But as long as you learn from the mistakes, you will be a better human being. I took a big gamble and lost everything. I have learned that you cannot bend rules, no matter what. I also learned that I need to respect Inspiron and the rules a whole lot more, you may think they are just tiny unimportant rules, but if you are an owner and someone comes on and advertises their server then everyone goes on that instead of your server, you could imagine the owner being pretty pissed, but now I understand that more than I did before.
I would like to come back to the server because I miss all of my friends, and everybody else. Even though not many people come on, there are still those who bring back memories, and I would like to continue seeing them. Also, I really miss all of the commands, and the good feeling of jailing someone who broke an important rule. Lastly, I would like to return because of the strong bond I have with the server.
I will improve by never advertising again, on signs even, and reporting those who do. I will improve on every rule as well (Like Caps). And I will improve on putting things all in one sentance instead of clogging up the chat. Lastly, I would help new members with starting out.
Like earlier today, during the bug, yes I did get on, but I didn't break any rules. I was really friendly [Though I DID kill Dark] and started helping everyone else [but Dark who eventually quit, hope he comes back so I can tell him that I am sorry] with things they needed done. I even jailed a greifer. I knew I was supposed to be banned, but I wanted to prove I am worthy of coming back on.
