New Minecraft EULA

Mojang released a new EULA, which pretty much screws up most servers out there,

From this one 'New' condition:

You are allowed to accept donations

You are allowed to accept donation from your players. You can thank them publicly, or in-game, but can’t give them preferential treatment for donating. You are not allowed to restrict gameplay features in an attempt to make money.

man, i wish this wouldn't happen. some kids stole money from there parents, and now its ruined everything. i love the idea that i gave money to support the server, but the idea of when my MOM FINDS OUT.... its not gonna end well for me.
