Hello all! I have a quick question. I was reviewing the staff app rules and I saw that if you make a new app, lock your old one, And I was like, "Well, I don't know how to do that xD!" So my question is how do I lock a topic?

When you edit the first post of a topic that you've made, there should be options to lock it near, well, the options
