Hello, I have been seeing a repeat of questions asked on this forum and thought I should probably answer those very common questions.

Q: I bought a rank/name color, where is it?
A: Each donation goes through a process, so it is not instant. Please wait for a couple of minutes to receive your rank/name color.

Q: I donated for <rank1>, and want to buy <rank3>. Do I pay for <rank2> to get <rank3>?
A: When you donate multiple times, your money is counted up. If you are VIP-Gold ($20), and you want to become SuperDonor ($100), you must pay $80. So you would buy VIP-Obsidian ($60) and VIP-Gold ($20) and it would add up to $100, and you will receive your rank when Inspiron sees the transaction.

Q: I donated for another person, can I transfer the rank to someone else?
A: No. When you buy the rank, you accepted the terms and conditions, which include "If you are donating for someone other than yourself the donation cannot be removed/transferred or changed at any later time."

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. To be clear, you are not making a purchase. You are making a donation. A donation helps us keep the servers running. Regardless of the terminology used by Buycraft and PayPal, it is a donation. The permissions and items you get from donating is a way of us saying "thank you" for helping keep our servers online and helps the network grow. We reserve the right to change the ranks with or without notice.

Absolute denial on the donations bit, you might want to explain why:

We do not offer refunds because you are donating to our server and getting perks, not buying a product. The money is henceforth used to upgrade and keep the server running.

For number 2, do you have to post and PROVE that you did buy the correct amount of ranks or no?

Is it possible for someone to hack into your account and use money out of your debit card or something like that? My mom wanted to know... She is over my shoulder right now. OW. she pinched me D: (she walked away, it's ok that i say rude stuff about her now...)

Of course it is possible. In that scenario, you need to contact Inspiron as well as change your PayPal password.
