Hello,
I am super_man011 (aka super) and i am a VIP Obsidian. Earlier today, I was jailed unfairly for 13 hours by Kittens. The people who put the complaints in were: Burritobrine1, dinolord97 and 1258933 . These are some points:
•They were saying I was getting in the way of building; I accidently was standing in the way of Burritobrine1 while he was building a hotel for dinolord97. When i realised I was doing this, I said sorry and moved away. While I was in the position, they were threatening to ban me, but I didn't realise I was causing dramas. Once i realised this I immediately apologised.
•They were saying I was saying bad language but not severe; This was their first problem that came to place, and happened approximately 1 hour after Kittens made the decision to jail me for 13 hours. I was joking around using one of the VIP Obsidian commands, /me. I was saying things like 'I have got a twerking addiction' (referring to Miley Cyrus)and 'BRB, going to the toilet'. Firstly, in my opinion i think not severe bad language does not deserve to have the case of going to jail. But secondly, that is not even 'Bad Language', it is mucking around.
• They were saying I was 'Minor Griefing'. I did nothing to do with griefing. I was just watching Burritobrine1 build the hotel for dinolord97 while I had permission from Burritobrine1 to be watching them build, as he teleported me to the location. Burritobrine1 and I were also speaking to each other at the time via Skype. This picture shows no griefing: http://imgur.com/Grc8hEk
•I was also apparently using my commands non sensibly. By using /mc (magic carpet) at wrong times.
•Personally, I think that accidently getting in the way of a friend while building and joking around should deserve to be jailed.
I also have some points that are not about being jailed:
•dinolord97 was flying and he is not a donator in any way. http://imgur.com/bFRcRTO
•Burritobrine1 was asked to build a hotel by dinolord97 when he is a 'Trusted' or a 'Member'.
•kittens1234 used caps many times. http://imgur.com/HY9sIHN
