If you have a problem like this, for one make a post under the "Donations" tab. Two, tell a staff member. All of them have ways of direct contact to Inspiron (It may take a day or two) but they can help you.

As for your color name, you'll have to ask a staff member to talk personally to Alex about it. Unfortunately my means of communication with Alex were isolated so I think your best bet would be Robby (Challenger) or Chris (Metazard).

Perhaps Drew (Mcman) or Eva (kittens).
