Yes, I was using a Nuker. I was extremely stupid for using it, but yes, I was using a hacked client.

Also, Matt, No, I was not using it earlier today, and never have been. This is the first time on the entire server I've ever used Nuker, and it will be the last. The entire point of the water moving snow farm I made today is to be able to have something heavy on the mouse and stop from being afk, which is what I did -- until Chaos **ACCIDENTALLY** (He was distraught, I really don't blame him personally, it was an accident, they happen) broke my machine by freeing some water. It was really late (just woke up to get a glass of water), I was super pissy (as some of you can attest, I wasn't in the best of moods), and recently I've been extremely stressed out from Finals testing in school. Ever since the whole deal with Obsidian like 8-9 months ago, I've been deathly loyal to what Challenger said, I haven't been on McTopia with a client even once since then. Even so, due to all the reasons I stated above, last night I really just snapped. I felt like I needed to make up for the time lost when the machine broke down, so I (somehow) thought Nuker was a good idea.

This was a HUGE mistake (on my part), and I just ask, since this is the first outright stupid thing I've done for the last 8-9 months (not getting even jailed for legitimate reason), for a pardon.

I don't want to get out of my mistake. I know I screwed up big, and I will take responsibility for it, but I would still love to play on McTopia will all my friends.

Out of all the reasons I want to be back on McTopia (there are a LOT), the biggest is being with my friends.
Throughout the years I've played on the server, I have made countless friends that are pretty much the reason I still play Minecraft. Once you no longer get a rush from SinglePlayer, you've seen every kind of MultiPlayer game, once you've built everything you can think of, the only thing you really have left is the people you play with. They make your experience, your fun, and without them I'm quite certain I would lost all interest in Minecraft. I really dont want to, but it's no fun at all starting over on some other server, being bored all the time, not knowing anyone, it's a pain. I'd rather stay with the people I know and care for, having lots of fun along the way.

Option 1:Freeze your McMoo, for pvp, and excavation/pvp where they are, meaning no more leveling them.
Option 2: Reset your McMMo, allowing you to start over.

Well, I can think of a lot of reasons to unban me. I catch a lot of people breaking the rules, one of which you saw just a few days ago, the scammer. I was also in the process of reporting griefed/old locations for removal, something of which would help the server a lot. I also build things that benefit the general public, such as the pvp warps and I was thinking of making public automated farms. I also help to ID griefs now as well, since I've had Hawkeye for several weeks now.

Also, what do you mean pictures of my profiles? Like alts?

For the options, can I just have my excavation reset? It's the only one that was affected by the whole thing (even though I only got like 60 levels, when I checked to fix the machine)

The thing is though, you could've been using it for other things. There isn't any proof of you NOT using it for other things, yet having the client is proof you could have.
I think the best I can do is reset your PVP skills to 500, and you're excavation to 0.

I've had all my pvp skills since before the update that made levels over 1000 insanely insane to get, ask pretty much anyone that's familiar with my stats (Var, hockey [I think], Lord)

I haven't trained anything for any amount of time since before that update, and that was a long time ago.

You were Most likely using the huzuni client. It's been floating around. Through testing on the vanilla server, and research. (hehehue Minigames McMan) I know that that client, and many others have kill aura. I know how hard it is to get to level 1000. Just because it's hard to get doesn't mean you don't get punished. There are so many things possible that you could have done. Letting you keep some of them is quite generous, and if it was anyone else, they would be completley reset, or banned without appeal. If McTopia wasn't so community based, you wouldn't stand a chance. Luckily, I know who you are, and I enjoy having you on. I can't do much more than I'm doing for you, and I still have to run this through inspiron.
