With a mod application do you have to be a donator like a VIP and over or is it like trusted where you do it when you feel ready?

He gets mad at most non staff because dragon feels he is a staff member and if you tell him ANYTHING, he will make them well aware of it cause he wants to be staff, and won't give a crap about the other people. Don't worry about it.
