can mods give stuff to other mods?

ok i have a question, can mods/superdonator give other mods/superdonator items if they can spawn too? that my question
There are friends enemys and when a friend knocks you down just get back up and knock them down twice as hard!

I think they can...but....it would soooo not make sense if they couldn't.......

Well mods can spawn in items so mods givng other mods items is just something that would just save time so it should be ok
