There are no horses that spawn naturally in any of the worlds except the flat world!

SO YOURE TELLING METHAT I SEARCHED FOR 2 HOURS IN A PLAIN BIOME WHERE THERE WAS 0% OFF FINDING HORSES THERE !!!

I have two horses in the nether. I can't find them though. I sen them there in hopes to send them through a different portal that will lead to World 1. So if you find them we can have horsies in world 1!

It's the development build, when the stable bukkit comes out, it should be fixed.
