Greetings Boys And Girls, Men and Woman.
Today I will be explaining to you the Pro's And Con's of Me(McMan) becoming apart of the McTopian Staff.
As many of you know my Username is McManaway1, I have been apart of the McTopian community for over a year, and now I would like to put my bank of Knowledge into one of an Admin. Some of you may say, "You are already an Admin on the Tekkit Server, why do you want to be one on McTopia aswell" Well Boys and Girls, Men and Woman. I will tell you the the reasons I believe I deserve a place on the McTopian Staff!
Why do I have a chance to earn Admin?
I believe I deserve a chance at the ranks of staff because I believe I have proven my worth as a SuperDonor/SuperDonator. I can take thing seriously when it comes to players abusing the rules, and I don't get my personal feelings get in the way of jailing, this can be seen when I may ask you an appropriate Jail time for someone who has Griefed my builds, this insures that I don't over jail someone for my personal opinion. Also I can be very helpful and a kind character, For example awhile ago I helped Metazard with something in his town (After Nlmon Griefed it), and now his town has been improved with extra space for houses, the town now has farms for those who have been Trusted enough to be invited to live there, and much more.
Why be Admin on the McTopia?
This is because I love McTopia alot, being a staff on McTopia allows me to support others in need of help by fixing there builds and jailing and muting anyone who doesn't abide by the rules, many of you may ask why would I want Admin to be able to do this, if SuperDonor/SuperDonator have around the same commands? Well recently players on the server have been wanting commands of SD to be removed so only staff members can use them, and if this goes though then there may be a huge chunk of time where an Admin might not be on, which means someone could abuse someone else, and it may take hours for a staff member to come on and help that person, and by that point they may have already been griefed beyond a small fix, which then means we would need Inspiron to roll the house back, when this could have been solved with more Admin being on at different time intervals which leaves less time for people to abuse commands.
What will I do with this rank?
What I will do will be helping players who need help, and be prosecuting the people who abuse the rules, I would help others for any type of situation such Grief, bullying and teaching someone how to play Minecraft. I would also like to build many types of Community projects, such as a Play run Mall (A place where players can sell there goods), Community Competitions (such as the $5 sign Competition) and many more!
Where would I possibly fit in with the Staffs?
Well here are a few traits of each of the Admins that earned their rank and where I could fit in with them!
Challenger410: Arena Designer, Creative, Helpful, Friendly.
Kittens1234: Fun, Helpful, Community Builder (Info Room), Friendly.
Emmy: Amazing Builder, Helpful, Friendly.
Me: Community Builder (Explained Above), Community Events (Also Explained Above), Helpful, Friendly
Flaws That Have Been Fixed
As many of you many know I have had a Few Flaws lately, but after a short break from the server I Have fixed them, some of which are...
Trolling: A while ago I would Troll a lot with Lord_Nick, but recently I have learnt that Trolling is not good for someone who is looked up to by lower Ranks.
PVP: PvP is not something that a Higher rank should do to lower ranks, because this gives you an unfair advantage.
McMMo: A While ago I would try find Flaws in McMMo just so I could get a Few McMMo Levels.
So as you can see I have put a lot of reasons for you to decide if I deserve a rank as Powerful as this , also I have told you about the things I have improved on, and if you want me to improve on something else please add it into the Replies below, if you guys don't think I am ready there is alway time in the future to earn a rank like this, it just takes time.
