Ban Appeal- Please Forgive Me!

Hey Guys,

You might remember me, lwhip3! Please Could I get unbanned!
How I got ban:-
Last year (2012) in November i got ban for logging on to McTopia and saying high to my friends. It said you have been ban for speaking! You might think that it is because sware but i do not swear because i will get in big trouble by my mum and get ban from the computer. I think there may have been some people who disliked me (e.g. beathy) but i have never done anything to him because i just build shops and houses with my two Neighbours and friends Conkybear (who is also Burritobrine1) and BDOsborne. I think beathy was a high rank and he may of ban me. Beathy used to Teleport to me without sending a request and he had full enchanted diamond armour and every single enchantment of a diamond Saurd and set me on fire the quickly teleported to his house!
What i will improve:-
If i get let back on McTopia i will not annoy anyone and i will just leave them alone. I will also just play with my two friends Conkybear (who is also Burritobrine1) and BDOsborne (who is Trusted).
Why I want to be unbanned:-
I would like to be unbanned and let back on McTopia because I LOVE McTopia and me and my two friends have so much fun selling stuff building stuff and everyday making new friends like Members and Staff. I have been missing McTopia for quite a while now. " title="Sad"> Also my friends ( Conkybear (also Burritobrine1) and BDOsborne thought that I would never be able to come back on and the are some chest's that are private to me in the shop that they would like to get rid-of because we were going to build something there.
Why I think I should be let back on the Server:--
I think that I should be able to be let back on the server because:-
I LOVE McTopia!
Me and my friends had so much fun building and me getting ban just spoiled us having fun
I made so many friends
I miss the server
My mum and Dad liked watching me build on the server
Me and my friends used to always Skype call and played on McTopia!
There is really no other good servers on Minecraft!
People who can vouch for me:--
BDOsborne misses me so he will vouch for me.
LilStitch03 misses me so she will vouch for me.
Conkybear misses me so she will vouch for me.
Burritobrine1 misses me so he will vouch for me.


BDOsborne's statement why he wants me back on the Server:-
Hey Guys,
I'm BDOsborne you may know me from the Server i have only recently been claimed as a Trusted Player. I think that lwhip3 should be able to come back on McTopia because we all got along real well and had so much fun on the Server. But the in about November last year (2012) lwhip3's ban spoiled our shop so it was not that great shop that it used to be!
This was the Name: BDOsborne, Conkybear & Lwhip3's Bakery.
But now it is: BDOsborne & Conkybear's Bakery
And it will be back to BDOsborne, Conkybear & Lwhip3's Bakery again if he gets let back on. " title="Very Happy">
Please guys forgive my best friend and give him another chance.

Conkybear, Burritobrine1 &LilStitch03 could not write there Statement because there on Holidays.

Please forgive me and i will not make the mistake again!

In other words, this application is great, and this guy should be unbanned, as he was seeming banned because of a glitch.
