Hello, My name is Jack, but you may know me as Jamourous. I'd like to become an Admin on the great server we all love, McTopia. My motto for life is Write the book by helping others, and I believe I have and still can achieve that goal on McTopia. I will try to be honest, as that is how I believe all people should be. I have enclosed a few Q and A's to assist you with your opinions?
Have I been Jailed or Banned?
-Yes, I have been jailed before. It was quite random and I think it was done by someone out of spite. I'm sorry for breaking the rules, and I will not commit any offences again.
How have I assisted the server?
- I have assisted the server in many ways. I often fix up spawn and high traffic areas to make them look better to new players. I also assist many players to gather supplies, and trade with players. I have also supported the server financially, by donating $60 to keep it alive. I want to keep McTopia a viable server, and donating provides me with the assurance it will be. I thank people for doing good deeds and engage actively in the community.
What relationships do I have with the established staff of McTopia?
Lets start at the beginning. I started this server in 2011 by the (Wise) reccomendation of Metazard, who I am IRL friends with and see him as a Lifelong friend to me. Metazard has now become a very influential member of the McTopia community and I look up to him as a mentor. I also classify everyone on McTopia a massive part of the community and I get along with most people on the server. I acknowledge that there are people on McTopia that I don't get along with, or Don't know as well as the other members, but that is the pitfalls of life. I look up to everyone who goes about their Jobs on McTopia with Valour and Integrity, and thank you for the tireless work you people give to the others of McTopia
Why should I be an Admin?
My case for admin is a simple one. I have limited ability to deal with server related issues. I can jail, kick and teleport to people, but I cannot ban. I have also noticed that most people look for Admins, and I can help answer inquiries when other Admins are not on. During the times I log on (7-8/9pm weekdays, Who Knows on the weekends (AEST), There is not many people on, but the people that are on are Members. My time-zone is an advantage here, as I can play the server while most of the staff sleep.
Anything else?
I know I do have my weaknesses, I'm not denying it. I do however hope these weaknesses don't overshadow me as a player. I am honest, Fair and a firm believer in doing all I can to help others. I will not let you down Ladies and Gentlemen, I promise.
