Me and Dylann13 pvped and agreed givebacks. After the fight I had lost but he just ran away with my stuff and I belive that is scam... correct me if I am wrong

Let him know he is NOT in trouble, first. Then say how saying givebacks and then not doing that isn't allowed. Again, say he isn't in trouble.

Tell him this if you see him. You are not in trouble, but saying you're giving back items then not is scamming, ad that is against the rules :0 Again, you're not in trouble, you should just remember that.
