Darko has been abusing the /tphere command. As seen in the rules here: Always ask the person before using /tphere on them, Darko tp'ed me, Lord_Nickolas, and 3Dblast to spawn without our consent. This is against the rules and very irritating. At the same time, he was also abusing /kick on 3Dblast, kicking him for illegitimate pvp reasons.

Add fly-pvp to the list, he attacked Lord repeatedly while flying. Not to mention using caps multiple times
