Mcmanaway1 For Demotion/Jail/Ban!

Well. the rule is no HOME killing. Not structure killing. And Gemu, kris, and Mcman haven't done anything wrong in a looong time. So prob not demotion or ban.

I asked other obsidians on and they said that a lake is not a home. I jailed you for extreme cussing and placing lapis outside stuctures.

what ACTUALLY HAPPENED:

mcman homekilled him ONCE. and me and mcman killed him in a lake below his house alot. micro decided to tpa to me, and kill me inside my house. so i got revenge and used my new magic carpet to kill him inside his home, homekill for a homekill. then we decided to cover up the lake, and build a house on it. micro placed a lapis block where we were building, which was not on his property. so mcman jailed him for it. then after he got out of jail, micro continued to attempt to grief the house. and actually watergriefed it, which i had to fix. then he had to log off.

Well. This is what I think.
They griefed your lake because they thought it was natural, and they didn't know you made it. When you placed the lapis, Mcman thought that you were placing Lapis outside of your structure because he didn't know you built it. You were then swearing at them, I know you swear a lot I have seen you before, so Mcman jailed you for swearing and lapis out of your structure. I need to re read the home killing part to say something about that

Mcman home killed you, yes. He is sorry for that. And I'm sure he is okay with a jail because he knows he broke a rule. However, you have home killed Gemu. So you should stay in jail for that.
This is only my opinion on all this, so don't yell at me about it if I am wrong, I wasn't there when it happened.
