Well I was fooling around on single player because i wanted to check out 1.4.2 , NOW there was an invisibility potion! (Cool right?) BUT problem.

Well, it doesn't seem fair to me that a person could be invisible while pvping? It just seems unreasonable unless there is a way to see them! (Which im almost sure there isn't, if there is post in comments below) I would like to have it where invisibility potions are banned OR made illegal on mctopia.

Well, if there nametag is the only thing that disappears I guess it would be fine... but then again why would notch put in invisibility potions if they dont work properly on servers? Makes for a lot of work for nothing...

Besides, armour shows with invisibility, and if you kill someone it says "blah was slain by blah" <----- imagination to the max!
I don't see anything wrong with invisible killing anyways, it's part of the game.

but as long as what Chall said is true, I think it'll be alright. After all, what's an invisible nametag worth? NOTHING.
Unless everyone's skin is Steve, in that case it would be highly confusing...
