dude, if there is anything you need to work on, its learning how to keep calm in this kind of situation. this is going to happen, and probably a lot.... so seriously, just keep cool, and instead of raging jsut CALLLLLMMMM DOWWWNNNN!! just talk, and explain what happened clearly
