ok, first, he was not asking for spawned items.
Unless he was specifically asking you, he shouldn't be jailed for that.
second, it was minor spam. jail him for 5 mins, and give him a warning.

Yeah. Leigh is a good guy, I never really met him though. So far I have only seen him in one fight. Nvm I'm not on that often.
