Well he had so "soo much." as in a lot, more than once. After checking the jail explanations board I found that what you had said was false. He had only abused it once, the other time he had killed some people and they were outside their home. In other words his sarcasm isn't proven wrong by jail explanations.

Last time I checked, a house had walls, and some ground. Well, it had a ground, it was his, and it did have walls. So what if it didn't have a ceiling? it was meant to be that kind of house.

What you are describing is a structure, not your house but some kind of building, if you don't live in it, its not your house. If you have this little walkway thing going on, they can kill you in it, but not your house.
