I personally do not recommend the account Lord_Nickolas for pardon because of the following reasons:
1. The whole Nazi Germany thing
Okay seriously I can understand that maybe you're german and you follow hitler (?), and sure, you can express your religious or philosophical views however you want. However, when you express views that harmed 11 million people, and are active in expressing these views, eh. I personally don't think that we need that on McTopia.
2. "Troll" homes
You may not have put that name to them, but it sure as hell is extremely accurate.
3. Impersonation
You have been a member of this server for how long? And you still thought it was okay to impersonate the owner. wow.
4. Grief
If you want to argue the first link that cori put down, fine. Maybe it wasn't grief. But it was obviously trying to get under challenger's skin, so guess what, not okay. And you know it.
The second one, I happen to remember personally. There is no 'but i tried to fix it' because I (me, kittens1234) tried to fix it. (It didn't work out, i had to leave) It got in the way of the owner's property, and you created that problem, therefore, it is grief.
Third one: You admitted to it on the topic
Fourth one: There's hawkeye screenshot proof, shut up
And if you want me to go even farther back, I can do that.

Duh.
6. Complete disregard for the common sense rule

For example the impersonation was on vanilla. Stretching the rules is okay as long as you aren't breaking them. I mean honestly I asked Alex before I tried tpa killing, he was it was good, so I did it. It would be a different story if I was like "tpa for free cookies" and killed everyone without giving them cookies. Cause that would be scamming. You can't really say disrespect of everyone, I mean there are without a doubt players I've never met, so how can I possibly disrespect them? I remember this one personally as well, it was when Beast and Boner were attacking me, so I ran atop a hill and bowed them down. After that I built the home at the top and built water so if anyone griefed it, it would pour down. (Which obviously someone did grief). Also regarding the Challenger matter, at the time the house was built around where the old pvp arena was, so I think that it was pretty far away not to even be seen unless you are looking directly up from where the arena was.

I would also like to add, that Qteeface had skyped Mcmanaway1 (Who was the leader and creator of the whole Nazi Germany thing) and told him to leave the faction and make me leader, so she would have another thing to complain about. I actually have on video that Drew created the faction called "NaziGermany". I originally wanted a faction called "NickCo".

Nick, I've known you for a very long time, after coming on to say hi today, for the first time in ages, you came up in a conversation. I've seen you go through a lot of phases and a lot of bans. Personally, I think you shouldn't be given another chance. This is almost a given on something you shouldn't do. Between you constantly taking advantage of people and pvping, and impersonating Alex.. That should be the last straw, good luck. I'd say you are VERY lucky if you get another chance.

Everyone, this has been taken too far. Nick, with the amount of what i am going to call "resistance" in your paragraphs, you have only made the situation worse for yourself. You can't try to blame everything on other people, which is what you have done. If you had admit your mistakes, you would have had a better chance (Hell, do I even call them mistakes?). So far, only Beast has said to unban you while the others say no. I feel that you have dug yourself into a hole, and each time you say something, its almost as if you dig yourself deeper. You got two options, sit in the hole or try and get out. You figure out what that means.

Honestly Nick, I liked you, you WERE a good player, respectful, and caring of the rules, but now you've just messed up to much and you shouldn't be unbanned, if you can prove yourself on all of the other servers maybe, just maybe I would vouch for you, but until you can show that you are worthy of coming back to the Non-Vanilla Survival server I would have to say no. Sorry but you could improve on almost everything. But I know you can change and so I would say that, I vouch for him to come back!

Almost every time someone posted something about them not to wanting you unbanned, you argued back, and as you call it, "proving them wrong". It's really killed your chances, and maybe lost you a few friends. I'm sorry nick, but it looks like you may never come back on. If you clean yourself up and go to Minecraft rehab, you may be able to come back on, but that's a very slim chance. Just know what you have been doing and are doing is wrong.

You do realize this is at least his 3rd time being banned and for each and every ban appeal he said he would change. A second chance? Maybe he'll change. A third? I believe it's irreversible
