So... are people allowed to be banned on the temp server if caught spawn-killing and placing/ blowing up TNT near spawn? Because nova_sognu (aka Lord_Nickolas's 5th alt account) has been doing that. i even have a screenshot of him placing TNT...

Ah well never mind my computer has decided to not show me the screenshot HOWEVER if i do get it working and am able to validated my claims will action be taken at all?

OK I took pictures of the aftermath of his pawn-area greifing and interviewed people on the server. I found that not only have the two i interviewed experienced nova and his rule-breaking but one of them also says that Nova is naturally violent and hostile in real life. I hope that when these pictures are seen, we can get this person off the server and try to keep the temp server from a further decline in quality. I will post the pictures shortly.

Well if you aren't nova_sognu, (he told me straight out that he was Lord_Nick and that nova_sognu was your 5th alt account) then whoever he is he has both killed and greifed people and their homes. I witnessed a nova_sognu repeatedly kill multiple players just as they spawned while using god armor and placing and activating TNT. Not to mention he found me after digging a tunnel straight down about 50+ blocks, killing me, then leaving. I suspect he has some sort of X-ray because he is able to find people very far away behind objects while they are crouched.
